Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (FASP)

(for designated full-time locally-accredited degree programmes only)

The FASP, which is administered by Student Finance Office (SFO) under the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA), provides means-tested financial assistance to needy full-time students pursuing locally-accredited, self-financing post-secondary education programmes at the level of associate degree, higher diploma or degree. SHAPE students pursuing the designated full-time locally-accredited degree programmes at SHAPE could apply for assistance under the scheme. Financial assistance is provided in the form of grant and / or loan. The maximum level of assistance is made up of: (i) tuition fees grant (ii) academic expenses grant and (iii) living expenses loan.
