Continuing Education Fund (CEF)

CEF subsidises adults with learning aspirations to pursue continuing education and training courses. Eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$10,000 (whichever is the less), on successful completion of a reimbursable course. The fees for more than one reimbursable course may be reimbursed, subject to the ceiling of HK$10,000 per applicant.  Some enhancement measures of CEF will be implemented with effect from 1 April 2019, including increasing the CEF subsidy ceiling from the current level of HK$10,000 to HK$20,000 per applicant. For eligibility, refund policies, enhancement measures and other details, please visit CEF website at or contact CEF at 3142 2277.
