University of Hull
Founded in 1927, the University of Hull is one of the oldest universities in England and has a proud heritage of academic excellence. Its beautiful campus combines historic red-brick, ivy-clad buildings and modern facilities – with an ongoing £300 million investment programme in its campus, teaching and learning, to ensure the best possible experience for students.
Hull achieved Silver Award for Teaching Excellence Framework in 2018 and and was named in the top 50 UK institutions for research power by the Times Higher Education in 2014.
Hull is incredibly proud to welcome students from more than 100 countries to the university – this diversity, and making people feel included, is part of who it is. Added to this is international partners across the world, who form a hugely important part of its global Hull community. Together, its international students go on to transform lives and positively impact society – whether that’s in the arts, business, politics, law, teaching, healthcare or science and engineering.
And life-changing research of Hull is demonstrated through expertise in a range of global issues such as plastic pollution, low-carbon energy, social injustice and modern-day slavery, as well as helping more people survive cancer and pioneering the best end-of-life care. Together, its building a fairer, brighter and carbon-neutral future for all.
